We carefully remove the old, compressed top covers and any worn-out cushioning.
Our technicians then apply premium new materials to your original custom shell, restoring comfort and performance without changing the shape your feet already know.
Where your orthotics have clinically relevant features — rearfoot posting, pads — we restore them wherever it is technically appropriate rather than quietly leaving them out.

Worn covers and cushioning are okay
Worn, peeling or compressed materials can be removed and rebuilt when the shell underneath is sound.
Existing posting or pads can often be restored
Clinically relevant features can be rebuilt where technically appropriate.
You want to preserve the fit you already know
Renew keeps the shell geometry that already works rather than starting again with a new shell.

How Renew works
Order online
Choose how many pairs you are sending. After checkout we provide a prepaid shipping label.
Send your orthotics
Pack them using our instructions. Each pair is labelled individually so multiple pairs are never mixed up.
Inspect, rebuild, return
We inspect the shell first. If it qualifies, we rebuild the materials around it and ship your orthotics back with tracking.

- Up to 1 week in our lab after we receive your orthotics, plus shipping time each way. Lab time starts when your orthotics arrive, not when you order.
- Where the work happens
- Crafted at our specialized orthotic lab in Burlington, Ontario and shipped directly to customers across the United States.

The shell is the part that was shaped for your feet. Almost everything around it is replaceable.

Shipping is charged separately and shown at checkout. Expedited shipping speeds up delivery only. It does not move your order ahead in the lab.
If we inspect your orthotics and cannot refurbish them, we return them and refund the service fee. Shipping costs already incurred are not refunded.
