- Will my orthotics qualify?
- It depends on the structural shell. The Renew page shows what typically qualifies and what does not — and we confirm it at the lab before doing any work.
- How long will it take?
- Up to 1 week in our lab after we receive your orthotics, plus shipping time each way.
- Where do I send them?
- We provide a prepaid shipping label and packing instructions after checkout. Please do not send anything before ordering.
- Something is wrong with my order
- Email us with your order number and a photograph if relevant. We will tell you whether it is covered before you ship anything back.
