Warranty

Refurbished orthotics are covered for 90 days against defects in our workmanship. Valid claims include:

• Material or top-cover delamination
• Incorrectly installed features
• Workmanship defects
• Structural damage caused by our lab

Where a workmanship claim is approved, we pay shipping in both directions and repair or remake the device at no charge.

Renew does not include a fit or comfort adjustment period. Refurbishment preserves the shell you already had, so the fit is the one you were already wearing.

60-day fit period. Newly manufactured orthotics include up to one complimentary adjustment or remake where appropriate, within 60 days.

6-month manufacturing warranty. Defects in manufacturing or workmanship are covered for six months.

Where a claim is valid, we pay shipping.

Across all services, the following fall outside warranty:

• Damage caused externally or by accident
• Cutting, grinding or other modification by the customer
• Washing, water damage, or excessive exposure to moisture
• Unnatural cracking or snapping of the shell
• Normal wear

Normal wear is the reason Renew exists. When covers and cushioning wear out through ordinary use, that is a refurbishment, not a warranty claim.

Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs help. We will tell you whether the claim is covered before you ship anything back.
