What we collect, why we collect it, and who sees it.
Last updated 14 August 2026
What we collect
To fulfil an order we collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your shipping address
- Details about the orthotics you are sending or ordering, such as shoe size and footwear type
- Payment confirmation from our payment processor — we never see or store your card number
Health-related answers
If you order newly manufactured orthotics, we ask a small number of questions about your feet — activity level, where you feel discomfort, and a short screening section.
We collect these only to determine what to make and whether your order should be reviewed before manufacturing. Access is restricted: the lab receives the resulting build specification, not your underlying answers.
We do not use this information for advertising or analytics.
Who we share it with
- Our orthotic lab, which receives the information needed to make or refurbish your order and to ship it back to you
- Our shipping carriers, which receive your delivery address
- Our payment processor, which handles your payment directly
- Our email provider, which sends your order updates
We do not sell your personal information.
Where your information goes
Crafted at our specialized orthotic lab in Burlington, Ontario and shipped directly to customers across the United States. Fulfilling your order therefore involves sharing your name, contact details, shipping address and order specification with our lab in Canada.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to support warranty claims and to meet our accounting and tax obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us and we will respond.
