Shipping
Shipping is charged separately from the service price, and quoted at checkout based on where your order is going.

Why shipping is separate
Your orthotics travel in both directions, and what that costs depends on where you are. Folding an average into the headline price would mean overcharging some customers and undercharging others.
The price you see for the service is the price of the work. Shipping is shown as its own line before you pay.
Sending your orthotics to us
For Renew, we provide a prepaid shipping label after checkout, along with packing instructions. If you are sending more than one pair, the instructions cover how to label each pair so they are never confused at the lab.
Standard and expedited
Standard ground shipping is the default. You can pay to upgrade to expedited shipping at checkout.
Expedited shipping speeds up delivery only. It does not move your order ahead in the lab. Expedited affects time in transit only — your order is worked on in the order it arrives.
How long it takes
We quote lab time and shipping time separately, because they are separate things.
- Renew — Up to 1 week in our lab after we receive your orthotics, plus shipping time each way.
- Create New — Up to 2 weeks in our lab after we receive a complete order and a usable scan, plus shipping time each way.
For Renew, lab time begins when your orthotics physically arrive with us, not when you place the order.
Where your orthotics go
Crafted at our specialized orthotic lab in Burlington, Ontario and shipped directly to customers across the United States.
Tracking is provided for the return shipment so you can see when your orthotics are on their way back.
