Terms of Service

Crafted at our specialized orthotic lab in Burlington, Ontario and shipped directly to customers across the United States.

We currently sell to customers in the United States only.

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken in full when you place your order, before you send us anything.

Shipping is charged separately from the service price and is shown before you pay.

Whether a device can be refurbished is decided after our lab physically inspects it. We publish what typically qualifies, but that guidance is not a guarantee of eligibility.

If we cannot refurbish your orthotics, we return them and refund the service fee. Shipping costs already incurred are not refunded. See the refunds policy.

Orthotics made from your scan are produced specifically for you. Where your answers indicate a situation that should be looked at more closely, we pause the order for review before manufacturing and before taking payment.

We may decline to manufacture where we judge it inappropriate to do so. In that case no payment is taken.

Turnaround figures describe lab processing time and are quoted separately from shipping time. They are targets, not guarantees, and lab time begins once we have everything we need.
